Two WrongsDon't make a right  In the same way that  when you are shut in a one-way maze  and decide to apply  mathematics  (of all things!)  taking three lefts in futile hope,  you never quite end up  where you were trying to go.

Formal ComplaintThe temperature has been dropping  as we venture towards winter  and tonight  my feet are cold.  This is due to sub-par thermoregulation:  my body is slacking off and will require  a formal warning.  But how to word such a complaint?   
Dear body,  although you do all the work for me,  clean up after my bad habits,  have cells that work together better than people,  keep me out of hospital,  and although without you I would not be,  cold feet are not acceptable.  Please rectify or further action will be taken.  I’d also quite like to be a blonde.  C Formal Complaint

PoetryAdvice, they say, is something  to seek out or avoid,  
depending on who you talk to.  Taking things in order, I went to my mother  and asked her how to write a poem.  She fixed me with a piercing look,  
even though I had been working fine,  
and said “obscurity and clarity,

que je vais uploader plus en plus des ouevres - or whatever the word is. I just don't promise when! Exams are eating me and the most beautiful things i have been making are A3 mindmaps of the Crucible and A4 mindmaps of chem and physics. Somehow I'm not sure it actually counts as art...

Ak, I might upload them when I get the chance anyway.

Symphonic Band is off this weekend and apparently we have the best tone EVAH (like, ever ever) and Barbershop is off Wednesday of exam week. Rotovegas and Auckland, respectively. Watch this space for results.

although my teachers are apparently "concerned about my lack of focus" [calling my house talking about that...] I am slowly getting through proving them wrong - E, M, M for physics bio and chem tests - and that Bio should have been an E. Oh, and E for French speech which is another 3 credits towards cambridge... 12 down, only 38 more to go. I'm not going to bore you with all my calculations of probabilities except to say WHY DID I NOT TAKE STATS? EASY EXCELLENCES. Instead I chose English, which is great fun but... I tend to sit in the Achieved-Merit slot.

Oh right, and I'm surrounded by idiots. But y'all already knew that.
